Shooting at Israel from Egypt

A spokeswoman for the Israeli army said shots were fired across the border from Egypt on Sunday and hit an army bus, but without casualties.
The Egyptian security source said that officials were investigating "allegations that an Israeli sniper shot from inside the Egyptian territories near the Egyptian-Israeli border at an Israeli passenger bus, causing no injuries."


The attack, fueling fears of the retreat of the Israeli security in the Sinai after the popular uprising that overthrew the Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak in February 11 last year.
