Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, on Sunday, to begin a national campaign to raise funds to support the Syrian people, starting on Monday.


And called upon the Saudi Interior, according to Saudi Press Agency, of all people of the Kingdom quickly to contribute to that campaign.


It is noteworthy that campaign donations will be launched in all regions of the Kingdom.


The Saudi cabinet, chaired by King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz, has expressed more than once regretted the escalation of serious and violent acts by the Syrian regime in many Syrian cities and villages, which shows how the Syrian regime's intransigence and lack of respect for international obligations.


Saudi Arabia has been condemned in the Cabinet meeting held on Monday, "the continued acts of violence and brutal massacres in Syria, which claim hundreds of dead and wounded civilians, including the horrific massacre in the town of Altrimssh."


He described the Saudi Council of Ministers in a statement that these massacres "acts of terrorism and brutality that makes it imperative for the international community to take decisive action to protect the people of the Syrian people."
